The Practice provides a postnatal check for Mum and baby 8 weeks following the birth. Please make sure that you contact the Practice in plenty of time so that this check can be booked in with coinciding appointments with both the GP and the Nurse. The Nurse will carry out the first immunisation for your baby once the GP has carried out all other necessary checks
