The practice manager ensures the smooth running of the practice, covering all aspects of administration. Please contact her or your doctor with any problems or suggestions you may have.

RECEPTION STAFF

Our reception staff are available at all times when the surgery is open, and are here to help you to obtain the services you require. They do a difficult job fitting in the many requests for appointments, visits, messages, prescriptions etc, and value your patience at busy times when perhaps you may not be dealt with immediately.
