Home Visits

If you are unable to get to the surgery and require a home visit, please try to phone before 11.00am. You will be asked to provide brief details of the problem in order to help the doctor assess the urgency of the call.

This service is ONLY available for housebound patients. Once a request has been received it will be assessed by the GPs. Often, the GP may phone you to assess the clinical appropriateness.
